Although I've seen dramatic changes in my body recently, it still feels like my progress has been slow. Like any other gal I would love to drop a couple of pounds from eating clean for 2 days straight or have no arm jiggle when I wave as soon as I finish a set of tricep dips…but just like everything in life, fitness success doesn’t happen overnight. The most important thing to remember is that you are a masterpiece in progress. Keep your eyes on your goals and they will come true…..I promise!
